Terms and Conditions for Entreprofessors
Welcome to the Institute of Founders! As an Entreprofessor, you play a pivotal role in inspiring and nurturing the next generation of innovators. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your onboarding.
1. Role and Responsibilities
1.1. As an Entreprofessor, you agree to mentor, guide, and teach entrepreneurs using your expertise and experience.
1.2. You will adhere to the curriculum and guidelines provided by the Institute of Founders while delivering content.
1.3. Your contributions should uphold the mission and vision of the Institute to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
2. Professional Conduct
2.1. You will maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions with students, fellow Entreprofessors, and staff.
2.2. Discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of association.
2.3. Punctuality and preparedness for scheduled classes, mentorship sessions, or events are expected.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Content, course materials, and resources developed for the Institute of Founders remain the intellectual property of the Institute.
3.2. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute Institute-provided materials without prior consent.
3.3. Any personal intellectual property you use during your association will remain yours unless explicitly transferred in writing.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, student data, and internal processes of the Institute.
4.2. Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the Institute.
5. Compensation and Benefits
5.1. Compensation details will be outlined in a separate agreement and may vary based on the scope of engagement.
5.2. Payments will be processed as per the agreed-upon schedule and are contingent on fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
5.3. Additional benefits, if applicable, will be communicated individually.
6. Conflict of Interest
6.1. You must disclose any existing or potential conflicts of interest that could impact your role. 6.2. Activities that compete with or undermine the mission of the Institute are prohibited.
7. Termination of Association
7.1. The Institute reserves the right to terminate your engagement for breaches of these terms or underperformance.
7.2. You may also terminate the association by providing [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice.
7.3. Upon termination, all Institute property, including materials and access credentials, must be returned.
8. Media and Public Representation
8.1. Any public statements, media appearances, or branding activities involving the Institute require prior approval.
8.2. You may be featured in Institute promotional material, and consent for the same will be sought during onboarding.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1. The Institute is not liable for any personal damages or losses incurred during your tenure. 9.2. You agree to indemnify the Institute against claims arising from your actions outside the scope of your role.
10. Amendments to Terms
10.1. The Institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
10.2. Significant changes will be communicated to you in advance, and continued association implies acceptance.
